God sends Jeremiah to the king of Judah
Some of the problems that have been persistent in our societies are attributed to the leadership we have professed to exercise and condone amongst ourselves , uncivilized leadership brings many problems as related upon to due
It’s important to exercise leadership in a way that glorifies the Lord, in a way that brings honour to His name.
JEREMIAH was a man who was given many responsibilities by the Lord and one of the responsibilities that He was given by the Lord was to go to the king of Judah so that He addresses a message from the LORD that He wanted Him to address in view to the kind of leadership that God wanted the king of Judah to demonstrate
God told Jeremiah to tell the king of Judah to Execute righteousness and justice Jeremiah 22:1-3[1]THUS SAYS the Lord: Go down to the house of the king of Judah and speak there this word:[2]Hear the word of the Lord, O king of Judah, you who sit upon the throne of David–you and your servants and your people who enter by these gates.[3]Thus says the Lord: Execute justice and righteousness, and deliver out of the hand of the oppressor him who has been robbed. And do no wrong; do no violence to the stranger or temporary resident, the fatherless, or the widow, nor shed innocent blood in this place.
