We need to really take guidance from our men of God serious, especially prophets of the Lord because some of those are the one’s that the Lord has given us to tend our future.
The bible talks about a scenario where prophet Elisha instructed the woman from shunem to leave her place and certainly move on to another place as due to the famine that was going to hit the land. 2 Kings 8:1-21]NOW ELISHA had said to the woman whose son he had restored to life, Arise and go with your household and sojourn wherever you can, for the Lord has called for a famine, and moreover, it will come upon the land for seven years.2]So the woman arose and did as the man of God had said. She went with her household and sojourned in the land of the Philistines seven years.
The woman in Shunem obeyed the instruction that had been given to her by a prophet of the Lord and guess What, she went to the land of the philistines where she was able to stay for seven good years as thus and to note we learn to stay keen to instructions we receive especially from our men of God
