As a leader it is inconsequential to think that you can do everything by yourself. You can’t do everything by yourself and you cant bear the burden of the people alone. Whichever people God has given you to lead, You can’t bear that responsibility alone that is why Moses acknowledged his need to be helped.
Moses said to the people that I can no longer bear
- The responsibility on my own
- The Lord your God has so multiplied you that you are so numerous Deuteronomy 1:9-12[9]I said to you at that time, I am not able to bear you alone.[10]The Lord your God has multiplied you, and behold, you are this day as the stars of the heavens for multitude.[11]May the Lord, the God of your fathers, make you a thousand times as many as you are and bless you as He has promised you![12]How can I bear alone the weariness and pressure and burden of you and your strife?

a) As children of the Lord, can we bear the responsibility that the Lord has given us by our own?
b) What is that which Moses did in order to relieve Himself of some duties
